Shipping & Returns

Currently we ship to North America, Austrailia, & Europe. We are a new website so please tell us if you have any problems with checkout or if the shipping rates seem too high. Feedback will help us make your shopping experience a good one.

There may be circumstances with our postal service, in which we are charged additonal fees to APO's & some countries, in which, we will notify the customer.

Due to the nature of our products, being all custom made, we can not accept returns.

 In the case of our Body line, it would be unsanitary for us to re-sell a product used in another consumer's household.

Of course you may notify us within 7 days if you wish to return a purse or if a warmer arrives, not in working order. Under certain circumstances we will accept returns and exchanges with warmers and purses. Thank you so much for shopping with us.
